Tools for the journey✦

Some of what follows is free, some of it is for sale, and some of it is just writing. All of it is built on the same idea: the map should serve the traveler.

Decide it now, so the morning doesn't have to

Three tools for the school year: work backward from the first bell to the wake time that actually fits, sequence the morning with a fallback for bad days, and reset the night before. They work on a phone, they print, and nothing you type is stored or sent anywhere.

01

Work backward

The first bell is the one thing you cannot move. Everything else is subtraction. Gives you a target alarm, a target lights-out, and a dated runway for shifting sleep earlier.

02

The morning sequence

List the real steps with honest times. Mark which ones survive a bad day, and it builds the stripped-down version that still gets you out the door.

03

The night before

A nightly reset grouped by where things end up, because a place you can walk to is easier to hold onto than a list you have to remember.

Classroom & Home

Neuroaffirming resources you can use tomorrow

Printable and digital materials for educators, therapists, and families. Built strengths-first, designed for real classrooms and real kitchen tables rather than ideal ones.

  • Visual supports, routines, and executive function scaffolds
  • Self-advocacy and self-understanding materials
  • Written by a BCBA who works with these students directly

A note for educators

Looking for training instead?

Workshops and professional development for schools, clinics, and organizations are available nationally. These are educational rather than clinical services.

Writing

The Path to Neurodivergent

Thoughts and guides for the NeuroNavigators. Longer-form writing on unmasking, executive function, funding, and building a life that fits how your brain actually works.

Connect

Find us elsewhere

Shorter thoughts, resource drops, and the occasional reminder that the problem was never the traveler.
